I loved the professional staff. Sofia at reception was amazing. She remembered us and made sure all our needs were met. It was lovely. The food at 'Bony Fish' was really delicious. The resort grounds offered beautiful sunset views. over the pool.

i loved that the hotel offered airport transport, the driver also remembered it was my second stay. sofia greeted me warmly and remembered me from last year. the staff were always ready to offer food and drinks at the pool, beach, or in my room. i found the resort cleanliness to be excellent with daily room service and a super clean hotel overall.

the resort is situated right next to the beach. the beach combines sandy areas with rocky sections, so being careful while entering the water is important. the hotel location guarantees the amazing views and a wonderful vacation.

a good hotel, but with a few issues

buddha bar beach crete was a highlight. i booked an outside table for 8pm and enjoyed the sunset views. the dj played lovely music that suited the evening. the food was also 10/10. i was impressed with everything i ate.
the daylight woke me up every morning at 7am. the curtains did not cover the windows properly, light streamed in. i used pillows to try to block it. marks were also on the mirror from my daughter on the first day and they were never cleaned .

Excellent stay on Crete

The restaurants offered a great selection of food. The staff were friendly. The Buddha bar service was excellent. Our sea view room was spacious and clean, housekeeping attended twice a day. I liked the well manicured gardens. The beaches here was maintained well.
The pool looked nice but I saw a build up of sand on the steps. They had not cleaned it away.

The hotel has a location on the outskirts. It is a thirty minute walk into the main town. I had to take a taxi for convenience due to the location far from the center.

The breakfast had an amazing selection. They prepared the foods with care and they are tasty. The menu items we could order ala carte were included with the half board option and they felt special.
